Car Park
The campsite can be accessed via a private lane which leads to a small parking area for use by leaders and disabled visitors.
Due to the narrow lane and entrance there is no access for coaches but there is a large public car park at the entrance to Horton Country Park which is a few minutes’ walk across fields to the campsite. Please note there is a height restriction to the car park so coaches are unable to enter.
Boundaries and security
The site gate is locked using a padlock. Please keep the gate locked if leaving the site unattended and at night. Additionally there is a post at the Horton Lane end of the lane. It is essential that the post is manned when letting anyone through and is replaced immediately
Transport
Several bus services pass the site linking with other local towns. Details can be found on the Surrey County Council website.
Epsom Railway Station is on both the Waterloo and Victoria line.
Supermarkets & Stores
A good variety of supermarkets and retailers can be found in Epsom including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl and Marks & Spencer.
There is a Tesco Local, bakery, fish and chip takeaway and pharmacy half a mile down Horton Lane going towards Ewell.
